Keep it simple — no perfect bio needed. Just a short hello so others know who’s here.

👉 Here are a few prompts you can use:

  1. Which Apple tools you already use (Notes, Reminders, Calendar, …)
  2. What you like about them
  3. The problems or friction points you’d love to solve
  4. Anything else interesting you’d like to share

✅ That’s it.
Be open, be curious — the more you share, the easier it is for others to connect and help. We’re all here because we believe the tools we already own are enough — now let’s see how you use them.

Hello everyone,

With about ten years of loving and using Apple products and about five years in managing tech in the K-12 education environment, I am eager to learn more ways to harness the power of native Apple and potentially super charge my workflows and my teacher’s workflows! 🤓

Hey everyone, I’m Donovan.

I’ve been a die-hard Apple fan since I was 12, so when I heard Chris was launching his own community, I jumped in right away.

Right now, my main platforms are Apple Mail, Notes, and Calendar. I’ve tested a variety of tools as they’ve entered the market, but I’ve always come back to Apple’s native apps—thanks to the seamless ecosystem.

I’m planning to stick around for the long haul, especially after Perplexity’s latest update, which now lets me connect my email and calendar to create reminders and events directly through chat or voice.

Have you tried it yet? It’s a beautifully smooth experience.

Anyway, I’m excited to be here. Huge thanks to Chris for creating this space and giving Apple users like me a place to connect!

I'm Gary, a designer and Apple fan. I use Notes, Calendar, Mail, and Reminders... But I am pretty sure I am not taking full advantage of the best way to use them together as a system.

I would love to create a flow that fits my brain and workflow to help me stay organized with little to no friction. I get jealous when I see videos of other people’s workflows and productivity systems.

I am an Apple Productivity stan. I use Notes, Reminders, Calendar, Mail and Freeform.

These power my YouTube channel, my side-business and most things in my personal life.

I'd love to find ways to make Apple Notes slightly more visual to help with how my brain processes information best.

Look forward to the support to keep me from switching to the tool that shall not be named(Notion).

Hey, I just wanted to send a huge thank you to Chris for creating such an amazing community! I’ve been following Chris almost since he first started posting on threads, he’s a great guy, and I really admire his ambition.

I’m a daily user of the whole Apple ecosystem, except for Safari and Mail. I’m a big fan of the simplicity and “get it done fast” approach of the Apple apps. I use Reminders, Calendar, and Notes the most for everyday tasks. I like to organize my life through tags, smart folders, and lists, and I also use different views for a more visual representation. I also use Freeform on my iPad for mind mapping and to get the initial project structure for any of my work.

I’m so glad to be part of this community, and I’m looking forward to seeing what the future holds!

Hey everyone! I’m new to the Apple ecosystem and excited to use the native apps for seamless workflows between my MacBook and iPhone. I’m looking forward to joining this community! I currently have a rather broken system using various apps from my old Windows setup. I’ve already started consolidating all my email accounts to Apple Mail and all my calendars to Apple Calendar. Next, I want to explore Notes and Reminders and how they work together seamlessly. I’ve been using Obsidian for notes so far, which works well on the desktop, but it’s lacking on the phone. Tasks and reminders are also a pain in Obsidian. I want to move everything to the native Apple apps for the best, smoothest, and seamless experience.

I'm using the following on a day to day basis: Safari, Reminders, Calendar, Notes, Mail and Passwords. For me Safari does seem to slow down a little more than a Chromium browser but it's still my default 😎

I own a marketing business so for me the Apple ecosystem is great!

I'm using on daily basis: Notes, Reminders, Calendar, Mail, Passwords and Freeform recently (not Safari though).

I'm a big fan of Apple native apps for their look and feel, elegance, simplicity and overall performance and UX.

Coming from Figma/Figjam, i find that sharing and collaborating functionalities could be better with Freeform.

I always prefer to use simple but efficient software instead of over-engineered tools.
