Hey everyone!

I'm using the following on a day to day basis: Safari, Reminders, Calendar, Notes, Mail and Passwords. For me Safari does seem to slow down a little more than a Chromium browser but it's still my default 😎

I own a marketing business so for me the Apple ecosystem is great!

Hey Jack Park ,

welcome and thanks for sharing your setup! 🙌

Interesting point about Safari — I feel the same sometimes, but I still stick with it for the seamless integration (and battery life!).

Cool to hear you’re running a marketing business. Curious:

  • How do you use Reminders and Calendar in your workflows?
  • Do you do any client/project tracking with native tools?

Glad to have you here! 🍎✨

Chris Plonski Hey! I'm the same, the battery on the MacBook Air is just too good!

I use Reminders on a kanban board system and sync those Reminders to Calendar. I briefly checked out Joi but ended up coming back to the stock apps!

I do all my client tracking in Notes! Not the best system but it works for me alongside Google Sheets

Jack Park Love that!

Using Reminders in a kanban-like system: would love to see how you structure it. Maybe even worth a little post in the Reminders space? 👀

Also respect for using Notes + Sheets for client work. Sometimes “not the best system” is actually the best — because it works and keeps things simple. I recently switched to Timemator for time tracking.

Let me know if you’d be open to sharing a screenshot or workflow breakdown — could be super helpful for others too! 🙌
