Lenny Tetenzi I use Resources in Reminders more like “supporting actions”.

For example, I keep certain profiles I revisit every 6 months there. I also store some repeatable workflows, often linking out to Apple Notes for the actual content. In general, anything that’s cyclical or points me back to a resource lives there.
